Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gordon Steed of Peace River, Alberta, born in Calgary, Alberta, who passed away at the age of 83, on July 15, 2022. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Steed and Ivy Steed; and his sister Glenda Schell. He is survived by : his sons, Kevin (Dayna), Brian (Wanda) and Sean (Helen); his wife Sharleen Simmons; his grandchildren, Kale, Dylan (Francis), Logan, Madison, Hannah, William, Ryan, Connor, Eva and Landen; and his great grandchildren, Walker and Lennon.

He was made lifetime member after his contributions to the construction work at the club.
