We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Hélène Bérubé of Peace River, Alberta, born in McLennan, Alberta. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Hélène is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Hélène's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean-Marie Savard and Léonide Simard; her husband Jean; and her brother George-Henri. She is survived by: her children, Marianne (René Houle), Sylvie (Victor Guerétte), Luc (Stéphanie Suchy) and Pauline (Marc Breau). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
A prayer was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Ste Anne Church. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at the same location.
Donations may be made in Hélène's memory to World Vision as she was a big advocate for education and sponsored many children this way over the years. Donations may also be made to the Alberta Heart and Stroke foundation.
