He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Blayone and Vivian Blayone; his brother Donnie; and his nephew Nick Moore. He is survived by : his wife Danya; his daughters, Paige, Tiffany, Courtney and Tianah; and his siblings, Greg, Bob (Dana), Brad (Luz), Janet, Barb (Cary), Peggy and Nancy. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews.
