He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Romanko and Sandra Romanko; his wife Terry Ann Romanko; his sister Marilyn O'Brien (Romanko); and his mother-in-law Theresa Novotny (Terry).
He is survived by: his daughter Stacey (Bill Wald); his grandchildren, Matthew Wald, Ethan Wald (Abigail Hendrickson) and Araya Wald; his brother Marvin Romanko (Nancy); his father-in-law Tony Novotny; his sister-in-law Jane Simigan (Tim); his nephews, Rodney Romanko (Sherri), Boyd Romanko, Rory Simigan (Alexandra Robinson) and Tyler Simigan (Nikki); his great-niece Monique Boudreau (James); his godson Dylan Romanko; his aunt Gloria; and his cousins, Carolyn, Archie and David.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Memories (9813 101 St, Peace River, AB T8S1J6).
