He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foster and Justyna Foster; his wife Norma; his son Michael; his granddaughter Kristin; and his brother Percy.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy (John), Kimberly (Wendell) and Bill (Crystal); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Brandon, Britteny, Shelby and Colten; and his great grandchildren, Kyle, Braeden and Chloe.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
