She is survived by: her parents, Peter Klok and Marianne Klok; and her siblings, Jamie, Sylvia Klok, Jacqueline, Ben Vandenberg, Tyler, Arielle, Emma, Noah, Jesse, Addilyn, Jodi, Jonny Bertram, Willianne, Steven Fisher (Kenzie), Nicole, Steven Veurink, Shawn, Hendrika Klok (Skylar), Shelly and Jared Goosen. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and co-workers.
Flowers are gratefully declined: it was Dani's wish that donations be made to a mental health organization of your choice.
