It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Galen Lee Unruh (Pincher Creek, Alberta), who passed away on April 6, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Unruh and Luella Reimer Unruh; his brothers, Rodney and Merle; his stepmother Betty; his granddaughter Katrina; and his brother-in-law Conard.

He is survived by: his wife Judy; his grandchildren, Kent, Christina, Domonic, Avonlea, Hailey of Bow Island, AB, Marshall, Emmy Lou, Seth, Savannah of Las Vegas, Troy, Lisa, Maci, Madisen of Grifton, Jasper, Bethany, Mila, Harper of Pincher Creek, AB and Emily Unruh of Pincher Creek, AB.; his siblings, Warren (Gwen), Lavonne (Jeff Blosser), Geneva (Kyle Koehn), Lorraine Unruh (Marilyn) and Lyle Reimer; his stepmother Margaret Fehr of Pincher Creek, Alberta; and his parents-in-law, Arnold, Carolyn Blosser, Laurel Schmidt, Roberta, Eldo Wiggers, Joyce and Jerry.
