She was predeceased by : her parents, Antoinette Hazendonk and Herman Van Hazendonk; and her grandparents, Dick and Kate Pard. She is survived by : her brother Jack Van Hazendonk; her nephews, Mitchell and Tyler; her sister-in-law Charlene Wolfe; her sisters, Janita Chief Calf (Danny) and Juliette Black Plume (Tim); her niece Sonya Yellow Horn (Brooker); her cousin Danny Pard; her brother Allan Pard; and her nephew Konner Fox. She is also survived by numerous relatives, friends, nieces and nephews.
