He was predeceased by: his wife Jennelle Lemay; his daughter Christine Middleton; his parents, Robert Lemay and Bertha Lemay; his siblings, Laurette Fulk and Fernand Lemay; and his siblings-in-law, Alphonse Duperron and Debbie Lemay.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Gauthier (Duane) and Angele Lemay; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Gauthier (Clara), Rylee Gauthier (Cory), Derek Gauthier (Nicole) and Jacob Middleton; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Lenie, Brady, Finley, Emery and Brooks; his siblings, Leonard Lemay (Annette), Odean Lemay (Joanne), Gilbert Lemay, Marie-Rose Duperron and Joanne Plamondon (Roger); his son-in-law Jim Middleton; and his sister-in-law Mimi Lemay. He is also survived by his family, friends.
