It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernie Nolan of Ponoka, Alberta, born in Sandy Lake, Manitoba, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Frances; his parents, Rose Nawalkowski and John Nawalkowski; and his siblings, Marie, Elsie, Caesar and Nelson.
He is survived by : his children, Shelley Freesland (Don), Vonalee Gilroy (Mark) and Bryce (Valerie); his grandchildren, Kinga, Raleigh and Anastasia; and his siblings, Mitchell and Olga. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
