Evelyn Filan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2021, at the age of 91, Evelyn Filan (Ponoka, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her husband Sam; her parents, Kristian Hansen and Karen Hansen; her sister Helen Fandrick (Jack); her siblings-in-law, Rose Drinovz (Rudy) and Ed Filan (Audrey); and her niece Kristine Sherlock.
She is survived by : her children, Debbie Ziebarth (Gene) and Robert Filan; her grandchildren, Tamara, Ryan (Roan), Amanda, Jake (Marissa) and Lexi (Cole); her great grandchild Everly; her daughter-in-law Michelle; her siblings, Ken (Helen) and Gladys; and her brothers-in-law, Don (Joyce) and George (Freda). She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and friends.
In memory of Evelyn, donations would be gratefully accepted by St Peter's Lutheran Church, Mulhurst Lutheran Camp, STARS, or a charity of your choice.
