It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Murray of Ponoka, Alberta, born in Vancouver, British Columbia, who passed away on July 30, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Dorothy, Muriel and Martin; her parents, George Gage and Gladys Gage; and her husband James Denholm Murray.

She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Vandervies (Casey) and Lily Weiler (Michael); her brother Richard Gage (Deanna); her grandchildren, Connie, Jeff Vandervies (Ashley), Kelly Vandervies, Ron Mitchell (Cindy), Joanne Mitchell (Leroy Ramsay), Chris Mitchell (Louise) and Angeline Wisk (late Ron); and her great grandchild Carter James Vandervies. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family and many friends.
