It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Paulsen of Ponoka, Alberta, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Scott and Florence Scott; and her brother Ernest Scott. She is survived by: her husband Frank Paulsen; her son Wayne Paulsen (Wendy); her granddaughter Michelle Shewchuk (Darcy); her great grandchildren, Nicole (Kean), Blair, Darin (Monique) and Ryan; her daughter Brenda Gallaugher (Bryan); her granddaughter Jennifer (Neil); her great grandchild Derian; her grandsons, Michael and Allen (Jennifer); and her great grandchildren, Harrison and Cameron. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
