He was predeceased by: his parents, John Quinlan and Blanche Quinlan; and his siblings, Arthur and Eliza. He is survived by: his wife Netta Quinlan; his children, Chad Quinlan (Heather) and Mabel Noseworthy (Gordon); his grandchildren, Cody of Dustin, B. J., Ashley and Daylon; and his great grandchild Gracie-Lee. He is also survived by seven siblings, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and many friends.
