He was predeceased by: his mother Mary. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Tawnya, Bobbi and Shawn; his grandchildren, Tyson, Kayden, Caleb, Madison, Hunter and Brooklynn; and his siblings, Janet (Larry), Bill, Karen (Noel), Richard, Rose and Dale. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
