It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kyle Simon (Ponoka, Alberta), who passed away on December 13, 2020, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his son Nathaniel Simon; his father Allan Simon Sr.; his father-in-law Arlie Peigan; his siblings, Allan Simon Jr., Carson Simon, Carl Willier, Jonathon Bigknife and Winnie Willier; his grandparents, Issabelle Simon, Alfred Crowshoe and Dolphus Willier; his aunts and uncles, Roy, Richard, Donnie, Gary, Dale, Kelvin Simon, Timmy, Brian Rain, Melvin Willier (Louise), Clayton Willier, Mildred, Priscilla Simon, Josephine and Darlene Rain; and his nieces and nephews, Hailey, Frances, Christopher, Elgin and Malcolm.

He is survived by : his children, Rhea Simon (Dwayne), Vanessa Simon (Kage) and Parker Simon; his step-son Kyle Kelln-Peigan; his granddaughters, Abbigail and Cleo Simon; his mother Pauline Oliver; his step-mother June Roasting; his mother-in-law Veronica Peigan (Ronald); his siblings, Randy Simon (Marge), Dion Simon (Francesca), Awasis Roasting, Derrick Nepoose (Trista), Tina Roasting (Donna), Caroline Roasting (Lawrence), Bernadine Desjarlais, Cindy Roasting (Derek), Lisa Roasting and Toni Roasting (Sonny); his siblings-in-law, Orville Peigan, Drew Peigan, Jodi Peigan and Trisha Parker; his grandmothers, Dorothy and Louisa Rain; and his aunts and uncles, David Headman, George Pipestem, Allan, Brian Willier, Arlene Ratzmann, Bernadette Simon, Roseann Kristensen, Bernice Simon, Rose Pipestem, Karoyle Weinhandl, Barbra Willier, Jackie Willier and Wanita Willier.
