He was predeceased by: his father Rory Holtz; his grandfather Jim Holtz; and his great-grandparents, Joyce Gall and Jean Bowen. He is survived by: his sister Lynnette Holtz; and his grandparents, Ann, Mike Akins and Yvonne Holtz. He is also survived by aunties, uncles and cousins; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
