She is survived by: her sons, Lyle Urbanowski (Maryann), Larry Urbanowski (Angie) and Greg Urbanowski (Melanie); her grandchildren, Lisa (Kevin Althouse) and Jeffrey Urbanowski (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Taylor Althouse (Madisson), Carter Althouse, Sawyer Althouse, Addison Urbanowski, Bronwyn Urbanowski and Cecily Urbanowski.
