She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Cook; her parents, Mary Bull Johnson and John K. Johnson; and her siblings, Clarence, Ruby, Velma, Daniel, Percy and Emile Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Eijah (Michelle), Tamara and Shawn; her adoptive children, Roger and Waylon; her brother Donald; her grandchildren, Tyler, Kendra (Quinn), Shade, Flower, Jared, Lucrezia (Preston), Shaznay, Zhane (Jordie), Nicholas (Eunice), Ansin, Eijah Jr., Janaih and Azira; and her great grandchildren, Thomas, Alexandra, Lincoln, Elodie, Andre, Jordence, Brook, Mikayla, Emerence and Beau. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunties, uncles, cousins and friends.
