She was predeceased by: her father Blakely Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her sons, Stuart (Julie), Blakely (Jennifer) and Scott; her grandchildren, Bradley, Cameron, Jacob, Ellery, Alexandra and Edward; her mother Simone Lewis; and her brother Blake Lewis. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
