With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Stafford (Ponoka, Alberta), born in Lacombe, Alberta, who passed away on January 26, 2021 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Joe Koleyak and Patricia Koleyak; her siblings, Diana, Dan, Peter and Peggy; her husband Mark; her sons, Matthew (Stephanie) and Michael; and her grandchildren, Phoebe, Olivia, Nina and Adin. She was also cherished by her siblings, numerous nephews and nieces, as well as many friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
