He is survived by : his wife Janet; his daughters, Cassie Lyman (Travis) and Miranda Worthing; his grandchildren, Kaydan, Keenan, Bailey, Cooper and Hudson; and his mother Doris. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
