It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Alice Riseley (Provost, Alberta), born in Huxley, Alberta, who passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse Chapman and Walter Chapman. She is survived by : her children, Miriam James (Randy), Allan Riseley (Terry) and Christine Van Aanhout (Dave); her grandchildren, Jason Riseley (Katie), Dayna Lantz (Derrick), Krisopher Riseley, Morgan Fossen (Ryley) and Sean Can Aanhout (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Rayna, Rikkel and Cambree Riseley; her grandchildren, Haven, Beckett Lantz, Oliver, Zoey Riseley and Harlyn Fossen; and her siblings, Dorothy Filippelli, Ruth Ohlde (Len), Anne Neil (Marvin), Garnet Chapman (Shirley) and Ted Chapman (Lydia). She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
