It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Anne Fraser (Provost, Alberta), who passed away on August 13, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Austin and Molly Austin; her son Warren; her husband Roy Fraser; her son Dave; and her son-in-law Chuck.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dick, Betty and Daphne; her daughter Marilyn (family: Cori); her granddaughters, Audrey and Sophia; her son Mark (Dana); her grandchildren, Kayden and Kiara; her daughter-in-law Anne (family: Cole); her grandchildren-in-law, Kadin, Carson, Halie, Lance (Krista) and Blair (Amanda); her sons, Don (Marlene, family: Brenden, Lauryn, Morgan, Brooklynn) and Ken (Danita, family: Jordan); her grandchild Kessler; her grandchildren-in-law, Travis and Kayla (Devon); her brother Don; her brother-in-law Leo; Chet, Kitt, Brin, Cort, Kasen and Brooks. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
