She was predeceased by : her husband Mike; her parents, Annie Andrusiak and George Andrusiak; and her siblings, Katie Klimiuk and Eddie.
She is survived by : her children, Lorraine Makar (Philip) of Sherwood Park, Joan Dowhan (Steve) of Thorhild, Garry of Radway, Barry (Corine) of Radway and Dale (Angie) of Radway; her grandchildren, Darold, Michele (Tony), Christopher, Devon, Krystina, Breanna and Kayla; and her great grandchildren, Tony and Cash.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Olga's memory can be made to the Radway Continuing Care Centre.
