She was predeceased by: her parents, William Campbell and Elna Campbell; her siblings, Annetta Campbell, Walton Campbell, David Campbell, Blaine Campbell and Jean Forsyth; and her daughter Terra Heggie.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ruth Barton, Allen Campbell (Anna), Colleen Hummelle and Wendell Campbell (Debbie); her children, Shannon Snow, Charlene Placeres (Gustavo), Lewis Lee, Jane Martens (Bruce), Vanessa Knecht (Tim) and Tina Leavitt (Randall); and her former husband George Lee. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, Flora had asked that donations be made to the diabetes association or the Heart & Lung Association.
