She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Murray Forde and Marian Ada Ann Forde (Pammenter); her siblings, Lillian Stearns, Cyril (Sadie), Ronald (Myrtle), Douglas and Thomas Athol Forde; and also Kay Rowden (Art).
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy; and her pet Fluffy.
