He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob and Alice; and his brother Kirk. He is survived by: his daughters, Simone Mulkay (Darren) and Brooke Vanderkley (Nolan); his grandchildren, Lenna, Henrik, Liesl, George and Lydia; and his siblings, Roy (Marie), Wade (Natalie), Jack (Carol), Gail and Poncho (Audrey). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
