He is survived by: his children, David (Yvonne) and Carol Maskowitz (Harvey); his grandchildren, Craig Spreadbury (Joslynn), Sandra Finley (Josh), Darren Maskowitz (Rachel), Nathan Maskowitz (Ashley) and Jason Maskowitz (Meaghan); his sister Joan Moore (Gordon); and his sister-in-law Pat Spreadbury. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
