We are sad to announce that, on November 8, 2025, at the age of 94, Chester Black (Red Deer, Alberta) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marybelle Black and Edgerton Black; his sisters, Marie and Donna; his son Ronnie; and his grandchildren, Laura, Ross and Chad.

He is survived by: his wife Doris Lakeman; and his children, Lindsay (Val), Murray (Sarah), Gordon (Dawn), Cindy, Keith (Janalea), Christine (Scott), Jason (Keely) and Darcy (Tracy). He is also survived by his 24 grandchildren; and his 14 great-grandchildren.
