With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cindy Pugh in Red Deer, Alberta, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 13, 2026 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Cindy has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Whitney and Gladys Whitney. She is survived by: her husband Troy Pugh; her children, Jocelyn Frank (Jason) and Ryan Carlyle (Christina); and her grandchildren, Kaiden Frank, Avery Frank and Teagan Carlyle. She is also survived by numerous family members and dear friends.
