He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Cecil and Kathleen Prendergast of Alberta; his son Christopher Shea; his brother Herb; and his sister-in-law Marlene.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Margaret Walker; his son Roderick Lee (Susan); his grandson Markus; his daughter-in-law Petra; his grandsons, Clark Liam and Carter; his stepdaughter Meghan (Glyn); his stepgrandchildren, Laurel, Ethan and Gavin; his stepchild Kerry (Duresa); his stepgrandsons, Calvin, Dylan and Blake; the mother of his children Kathleen Fuchs; and his sisters, June Smithson, Kathy Bergen (Gary) and Shelley McKnight. He is also survived by many family members and dear friends.
