He is survived by: his father Tony; his stepmother Valerie; his siblings, Candice (Blake) and Jason (Nicole); his children, Brianna (Jamie), Jessie (Ryan), Jack and Hannah; and his grandsons, Elias, Cooper and Lucas. He is also survived by family, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
