He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren and Ruby; his brother Garlan; his sister-in-law Pauline; and his nephew Jason.

He is survived by: his children, Jenna of Edmonton and Kyle (Crystal) of Sylvan Lake; his grandchildren, Tristen of Edmonton, Austin and Brooklynn; his niece Genene Sholdice (Craig); his son Jaylan of Calgary; Pam of Sylvan Lake. He is also survived by numerous other family members and dear friends.
