He was predeceased by: his parents, George Penney and Mary Penney; and his siblings, Jim, John, Ray, Cyril and Josephine.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Bradley Penney, Michelle Brandon, Cynthia Adams and Vanessa Penney; and his brother Don Penney. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
