It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Foon Tong Wong of Red Deer, Alberta, who passed away on December 27, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Sut Ying Wong (Kwan Sin Yu) and Eric; and his sister Monita. He is survived by : his sister Anita; his brother-in-law Peter; his nephew Caleb; and his nieces, Grace (Toki) and Joyce. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
