Glennette Smeltzer Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glennette Smeltzer in Red Deer, Alberta, who passed away on April 16, 2026 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Gallagher and Elsie Gallagher (Kent); her husband Harry Smeltzer; her brothers, Ernie and Keith; and her brothers-in-law, Art, Wes and Erling.

She is survived by: her children, James Smeltzer and Lois Smeltzer; her grandchildren, Kayla Haley (Justin), Colton Smeltzer, Chelsea Smeltzer (Josh) and Tanner Smeltzer; her great grandchildren, Jasmine, Lilly, Arianna, Paisley, Teegan, Skylar and Spencer; her sisters, Marie Jensen, Connie Smith, Marlene Ellis (Art) and Anita Duffy (Mike); and her sisters-in-law, Linda Gallagher and Mary Williams. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
