We announce the death of Grant William Dixon (Red Deer, Alberta), born in Chilliwack, British Columbia, who passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 71. Grant will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Dixon and John Dixon. He is survived by: his wife Coleen; his brother Martin (Darlene); his nieces, Adrienne and Claire; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelly (Steven) and Ian (Kim); his grandchildren, Samuel and Jocelyn; and his friends, Les and Sheila.

Viewing was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Eventide Funeral Home (4820 45 St, Red Deer, AB T4N1K5). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Alto Reste Cemetery (26575 Alberta 11, Red Deer County, AB T4E1B7).

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Shiners Hospital for Children Montreal of the Scottish Rite Benevolent Foundation.
