She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Hugo and Ceclia Hugo; her husband Tom Kubasek; her daughter-in-law Donna; her brothers, Peter and Frank; and her sister-in-law Stephanie.
She is survived by: her sons, Joe (Lily), Tim and Anthony; her siblings, Ilene Duska (George), Carl and John Hugo; and her sister-in-law Margaret Hugo.
