James Bowtell Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Bowtell and Marion Bowtell; his sister Sandra Peterson; his sister-in-law Katherine Bowtell; his nephew Joel Bowtell; his great-niece Kristina Vidler; and his father-in-law Reinhold'Ron'Bauer.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Bowtell; his children, Erinn Tiller (Mirco) and Rhonda Bowtell (Donnie Crook); his grandchildren, Eric, Connor and Drew; his pet Easton; his mother-in-law Ella Eyben (Bauer); his siblings, Harry Bowtell, Dawn Ermantrout (Bill), Terrial Baier (James), John Bowtell (Lila) and Danna Bowtell; and his brothers-in-law, Les Bauer and Gary Peterson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church (2925 57a Ave, Lloydminster, AB T9V0M2).
Donations in memory of James may be made to Arthritis Society Canada or Alberta Lung Association.
