He was predeceased by: his parents, Eileen Kitchen and Stewart Kitchen. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Tanya, Paul, Chloe, Charlotte, Ciara, Caitlin, Stacy and Stephanie; and his siblings, June, Barbara and Mike (Joan). He is also survived by his daughters, son- in- laws.
