He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, David (Carole), Heather (Greg) and Kevin (Paige); his grandchildren, Anna, Grace, Ella, Sophie, Marcus, Cai, Mateo and Talia; his sister-in-law Loes; his nieces, Hilary (Scott), Pam (Jeff) and British; and his family, Linda, Caroline, Sally and Jack.
