He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen and Walter; and his sister Joyce Fox. He is survived by: his brother Angela Heath; and also, Roseanne Waterman, Ramona Rosenke (Bruce) and Richard Erickson (Linda). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in memory of Kenny may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
