She is survived by: her siblings, Dr. Helen Masilamani, Lily David, Pauline David, George Thomas, Dr. David Thomas, Dr. Thambiraj Thomas and Rani David; her children, Evangeline Medavarapu, Richard Edwards (Bhaskar), Daniel Edwards, Premila Chauhan, Esther Samuel (Vatsala), Stella Nambi, Charles Edwards (Kumar) and Ramola Goguen; her children-in-law, Sudarshanam, Timothy, Jayaseelan, Murali, Paul, Helen, Dhanam and Madhuri; her grandchildren, Cynthia, Roger (Wynne), Saker, Leslie (Andrea), Sylvia, Raju, Vijay (Cassandra), Babu (Alexandra), Daphni, Rahul (Amanda), Georgina, Rohit, Rohan (Alianhy), Jason, Samantha (Sunny), Sabrena, Sangeeta, Priya, Asha, Raveena, Ritesh, Raoul and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Taylor, Graham-Walker, Sebastian, Jackson, Axl, Dominic, Amelia, Poppy Dylan, Elijah, Braxton, Ezra, Ziya, Logan-Marco, Lukas Alexander and Daniella. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
While in Trichy, she played a key role in leading the Dorcas society, a charity organization that provided basic necessities to underserved and marginalized families.
