She was predeceased by: her husband Bob; her parents, Ralph and Elsie; her brother Eric Steele; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Steele, Doris Cybulski, Myrna Cruickshank and Dick Swainson.

She is survived by: her children, Rod (Lil) of Drayton Valley, Gary (Liz) of Blackfalds, David (Karen) of Red Deer and Glenda Stoller (Mark) of Red Deer; her grandchildren, Kalvin (Simoi), Julie (Darris), Scott (Erin) and Clinton (Tobi); and her siblings, Heather Swainson and Irving Steele.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mona Cruickshank's name to a charity of one's choice.
