He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Bailey and Muriel Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Keith (Shannon) and Kristy Billings (Ron); his grandchildren, Logan, Dylan Billings, Lane, Luke and Harlyn Bailey; and his siblings, Gerald Bailey (Dianne), Allen Bailey (Janelle) and Cathy Holland (Carl). He is also survived by numerous extended family members and lifelong friends.
