He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Pierce; his sons, Mark (Lynette) and Dale (Sandra); his adoptive daughter Holly Anderson; his grandchildren, Travis Anderson (Leslie), Amanda Anderson (Tyson), Marci Skinner (Andru), Landen Van Slyke (Josi) and Keegan Van Slyke (Riley); his great grandchildren, Jude, Vaughn, Thomas, Elia, Elyk, Beck, Koen, Brinn, Lillyanna, Dawson, Owen and Bennett; and his brother Roger (Martha).
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Red Deer Funeral Home (6150 67 St, Red Deer, AB T4P3M1).
