She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Larson and Kathryn Larson; her husband Eric Toppe; her parents-in-law, Hans and Daisy Toppe; her brothers, John Larson and Kenneth Larson; her brother-in-law Gus Probst; and her nephew Kevin Probst.

She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Toppe (Jackie) and Ed Toppe; her grandchildren, Sarah (Colton), Maddison, Ty, Chantel (Alex) and Tory; her great grandchildren, Greyson, Bennet and Hudson; her sisters, Dolores Simpson, Norma Probst, Pat Horinek (Bud) and Elsie Ramsden (Jack); and her sisters-in-law, Carol Larson and Margaret Toppe. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Roxanne may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
