We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Shane Muzyka of Red Deer, Alberta, born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Steve, Bernice Wielgoz and Pearl Muzyka; his uncle Richard Wielgoz; and his aunt Wendy Wielgoz.
He is survived by : his son Mason; his close friend Jill; his girlfriend Jill Rosenthal; his parents, Mark Muzyka and Wanita Muzyka; his brother Robert Muzyka (Jess); his grandfather Tony Muzyka; his aunts and uncles, Christine Donnelly, Carla Wielgoz (Thomas Giles), Laura Davis, Brenda Norquay (Alex), David Muzyka (Aldene), Dale Muzyka, Jeff Muzyka Darrell Muzyka (Agnes), Glen Muzyka and Cindy Muzyka; his nephews, Keenan Muzyka, Byron Muzyka and Lachlan Muzyka; and his niece Kenzie Muzyka. He is also survived by other loving relatives, great aunts and uncles, aunt and uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 16th 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Parkland Funeral Home (67 A Street).
