She is survived by: her children, Wayne Abtosway (Brenda) of Leduc, AB, Greg Abtosway (Cynthia) of Calgary, AB, Kurt Hess (Trevor) of Toronto, ON and Lori Pell (Rick) of Red Deer, AB; her grandchildren, Nicole (Dwayne), Jennifer, Matthew (Tatyanna), Christopher (Justine), Sarah (Caleb), Rebecca (Mark), Steven and Andrew (Emily); her great grandchildren, Blake, Brayden, Farraday, Grey, Baker and Tatum; and her siblings, Nick Medwid (Doreen) of Medicine Hat, AB and Vivian Bulych (John) of Calgary, AB. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anne of the Prairies Catholic Church (431 St Annes Ave, Trochu, AB T0M2C0).
